One dispatch line for the whole state
Metropolitan Melbourne bookings are matched to the nearest available driver, usually within minutes in the inner suburbs and 10 to 20 minutes in the outer growth corridors. Regional and country trips are pre-booked so a car is allocated ahead of time rather than hunted for on the day.
Every trip is charged on Victorian government-set taxi tariffs, or at a fixed price agreed before you travel. Card, cash, Cabcharge and MPTP are accepted in every area we cover.
