Getting a cab at Station Pier cruise terminal
Cruise embarkation and disembarkation both run to a tight schedule, and Station Pier has a single access road. Booking a pickup time rather than joining the rank is worth doing on any day a large ship is in port.
Standard sedan taxis carry four passengers with luggage in the boot. If you are travelling with more than two large suitcases per person, tell us at booking so we allocate accordingly or send a second car.
For a Spirit of Tasmania sailing, allow an hour between your taxi drop-off and the boarding cut-off. Foot passenger check-in closes well before departure.
