Enter your pickup address, destination, date and time. Address suggestions autocomplete as you type, so there is no ambiguity about which Station Street you mean.
The fare estimate updates as soon as both addresses are set, using the Victorian tariff that applies at your chosen pickup time — day, night, peak or public holiday. You can take the metered estimate or ask for a fixed price.
Submit the form and dispatch confirms the booking with the driver and vehicle details.
Booking by phone
Call 0421 807 027 for on-demand pickups. Phone is the fastest option when you need a car now rather than later, and dispatch can handle unusual requests — extra luggage, a baby capsule, a wheelchair accessible vehicle, or a multi-stop trip.
Have your street number, street name and suburb ready, plus the destination suburb. That is enough to get a car moving.
Walking to a taxi rank
Every Melbourne Airport terminal has a taxi rank directly outside arrivals, and the CBD has ranks at the major stations and hotel entrances. No app, no signal and no waiting for a driver to accept — you walk out and get in.
Airport rank trips attract an airport access fee, which appears on the receipt alongside any tolls. If you would rather skip the queue after a late arrival, pre-book instead and the driver meets you.
What to have ready
A full pickup address including the suburb, the destination, the number of passengers and any luggage, child seat or accessibility needs. For airports, add the terminal number and flight time; for hospitals and apartment complexes, name the entrance.
If you are using a Multi Purpose Taxi Program card, mention it when booking and have the card with you — it must be present at the end of the trip for the subsidy to apply.
How far ahead to pre-book
Same-day pickups in Greater Melbourne are usually available within 10–20 minutes. Pre-book the night before for anything between 3am and 6am, for airport departures, and for Friday and Saturday evenings in the CBD.
Regional runs to Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo or the Peninsula should be booked at least a few hours ahead so a car can be positioned.
Paying for your booking
We take card, EFTPOS, cash, Cabcharge cards, eTickets and vouchers, and MPTP for members of the Multi Purpose Taxi Program. A tax invoice is issued at the end of the trip.
Business travellers can arrange monthly invoicing through a corporate account rather than paying per trip.
