Melbourne Airport Terminal 3 taxi: what to expect
Terminal 3 handles Virgin Australia and Rex. It is the middle terminal, so if you are meeting someone arriving into T4 it is often easiest to nominate a single pickup point between the two and walk across.
Metered airport trips are charged on the Victorian government-set tariff plus the airport pickup fee and any tolls on the route. The fare calculator on this page applies the correct day, night or peak rate for your pickup time so there are no surprises at the end.
For long transfers — Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, the Mornington Peninsula — ask for a fixed price when you book. The total is agreed before departure and does not change if the freeway slows.
