Berwick to Melbourne Airport: what to know
Allow more time than you think for weekday morning departures. Between roughly 6.30am and 9am the Monash inbound is the slowest part of the trip, and a booking that looks like an hour on a map can take 90 minutes. For an international flight we normally suggest leaving Berwick at least four hours before departure.
There are two toll roads in play. EastLink and CityLink are both usual on this route, and tolls are added at cost and itemised on your receipt — or included in the number if you take a fixed price. Ask for the fixed price and the tolls, airport access fee and traffic risk all sit with us rather than with you.
Public transport from Berwick means a train to the city then SkyBus, which is comfortably over two hours with luggage and a change at Southern Cross. For two or more travellers a direct cab is normally both faster and comparable in cost.
